Ms. Zacha serves as the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) for Level Four Capital Management, LLC. Ms. Zacha brings over 30 years of legal and compliance experience in the financial services industry to Level Four. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Zacha served most recently as a Compliance Director with Capital One. She also has served as a CCO and General Counsel within the Financial Services industry. Ms. Zacha started in the securities industry as a Staff Attorney for the Texas Securities Board in Austin, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration-Business from Baylor University and a Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law. She is a licensed attorney and holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses.
